Hello, I’m Ellie. My passion is supporting women to create lasting, meaningful changes to their health and happiness. I’m endlessly fascinated by the body, the mind, and how they intersect - how we balance them, and what it means to be human.
Wellbeing doesn’t always come easily to me, and over the years, I’ve navigated my own wellbeing challenges through learning and experimenting to see what works. As I’ve aged, my needs have shifted, and I’ve realised that this learning, testing, and adjusting is a constant and ongoing process!
I’m driven by my values, have a strong belief in the good in people, and am endlessly curious about the world around me. I’ve always been a bit of a rebel - I like to do my own thing, draw my own conclusions, and face challenges with humour.
What I truly love about this work is being your biggest supporter, cheering you on as you figure out what you truly want and then seeing you blossom as you achieve it.

The story of Deeper Wellbeing
Deeper Wellbeing was born from my desire to help women take charge of their health and happiness. When you feel good, there’s no limit to what you can achieve. Whether it’s taking on challenges or adventures, building a thriving business, getting your dream role or improving your relationships, it’s all there for you. You just need to know what you want, and feel well enough to get it.
A key driver of working with women is the societal expectation that we will spend our time conforming and providing for others, whilst not honouring our authentic selves; combined with both my personal and client experiences of our needs so often being dismissed when seeking medical support.
I have identified eight key areas to explore and understand in order to deepen your wellbeing. These are the foundations of health: nutrition, movement, rest and stress management. With four areas to bring happiness: values and purpose, relationships, career/business and joy. Looking at these together, and seeing the interplay between them, enables you to focus on what really matters.
The Deeper Wellbeing approach is rooted in making it personal, and keeping it simple and achievable. There is no one size fits all and that’s what makes the difference to your success.
Deeper Wellbeing truly brings together over twenty years of passion, interest, experience and qualifications. Everything I’ve done has led me right here, to this point, where I can support you to transform your health and happiness.
Six things about me…
My happy place is being active in the outdoors. I love long distance, slow travel either cycle touring or hiking. One of my favourite travel moments was cycling through the giant redwoods whilst travelling down the Pacific Coast Highway (that’s me in the photo!).
I’m a retired Army Officer. I spent ten years in the AGC(SPS) serving with different units around the world. It shaped me into the person I am and definitely gave me can do, positive attitude to life.
I have a fluffy madam of a cat called Twiglet. She arrived as a scruffy stray eight years ago and has been bringing me joy ever since. If you’re lucky you might see her when you come for a treatment!
When I’m not working with Deeper Wellbeing clients I have a freelance role guiding bike and walking tours around the Cotswolds. I love sharing our beautiful English countryside with people who are experiencing it for the first time.
Since moving to Malvern three years ago my favourite thing to do is volunteer on conservation days with the Malvern Hills Trust, looking after the hills and finding secret new spaces to have picnics.
I love anything on toast! Simple jam and toast is excellent, but what about mushrooms on toast, avo on toast, peanut butter and apple… I have even been known to eat sprouts on toast. Also, never leave me unattended near butter!
Principles of how I work

Help you navigate tricky or challenging times, so you emerge stronger and more resilient on the other side.
Help you recognise pesky limiting beliefs and unhelpful mindsets, so you can free yourself of them and move forward to achieve your goals.
